Salon booking software

Colour, blow-dry, keratin, cut — every service takes a different amount of time, and every client asks on WhatsApp when there is space. iGenTor answers, offers a slot that actually fits the service, and books it.

What breaks a salon calendar?

In a salon the calendar is the business. A 30-minute cut and a two-hour colour cannot share a slot, and a stylist replying to WhatsApp with scissors in hand does it badly — or not at all. The real pain is not the booking itself, it is everything around it.

  • Calls and messages mid-cut that lead to scheduling mistakes.
  • A colour booked as though it were a cut — suddenly two clients at the same time.
  • Clients who no-show on Friday, the most valuable day of the week.
  • Several stylists in one salon, each running their calendar differently.

How iGenTor fixes it

Define your service list with a duration for each and the hours of every stylist, once. From there the agent answers on WhatsApp in the salon's name, offers only slots that fit both the service length and the requested stylist, books and confirms. No more colour squeezed into half an hour, and no two clients in one chair.

What's included

A different length per service

Cut 30 minutes, blow-dry 45, root colour 90, keratin 180 — the agent sizes the slot to the service that was asked for, not to a fixed grid.

Several stylists, one calendar

Each stylist has their own hours and services. A client who asks for a specific stylist only sees that availability; a client who does not gets whoever is free.

Reminders that save your Friday

A WhatsApp reminder before the appointment, with confirm-or-move in one message. A slot freed in time goes back on the calendar where you can still fill it.

A booking page for your Instagram bio

A permanent link to the salon booking page for your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp greeting. It is free for life, subscription or not.

Why not just keep booking in WhatsApp?

Most salons run bookings through WhatsApp, and that makes sense — it is where the clients are. The problem is that the calendar then lives in someone's head and in scrolled-back messages. iGenTor does not take you out of WhatsApp; it makes sure every appointment agreed there lands in the calendar, gets a reminder and cannot collide with another. The client notices no change at all — she messages the same number and gets a faster answer.

How to start

  1. Connect the salon WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code.
  2. Enter your service list with durations and prices, and each stylist's hours.
  3. Connect Google Calendar — the agent replies from the first message.

Salon booking FAQ

How does it tell a cut from a colour?

Every service in your list carries its own duration. The agent works out from the conversation which one was asked for, and asks when it is unclear. Only once the service is known does it offer times, so the slot is always the right length.

Can I block hours I do not want booked?

Yes. Set opening hours, breaks, days off and one-off exceptions. You can also set a minimum lead time so nobody books a slot ten minutes from now.

What happens when a client cancels?

The cancellation frees the calendar slot automatically and notifies you. You can set a cancellation policy and take a deposit on long services, which is where cancellations hurt most.

Does it work for a barbershop too?

Yes — there is a dedicated barbershop page focused on short back-to-back appointments, but the system is the same.
